'Hindi ba kayo nag re-research?' Angel Locsin lashes back at tabloid over report on her 'live-in' status

MANILA — Actress Angel Locsin did not mince words in rebutting a tabloid headline suggesting that she is in a "live-in" setup with her fiancé, film producer Neil Arce.

"Magka-live in na ba sina Angel Locsin at Neil Arce?" went the headline from Bandera, on the basis of Arce's video showing Locsin helping him shave his head amid the Luzon-wide quarantine.

Locsin addressed the report on Twitter, as she replied to a tweet from the Bandera page linking to the story.

"Kaloka 'yung headline niyo," she said.

Bandera replied to Locsin: "Ay, sorry naman Miss Angel kung naloka ka. Pero ano ba ang real score?"

At this point, Locsin explained her actual living situation in relation to her fiancé's.

"Di ba kayo nag re-research? Ikakasal kami. Magkapitbahay. Magkatabi 'yung building sa iisang residential condo. Hindi ba binasa ng editor niyo 'yung sinulat bago magisip ng headline?" she wrote.

Locsin and Arce got engaged in June 2019. They have yet to announce their wedding date.
